Why we track influencer and UGC like paid media.
Influencer marketing has a reporting problem: agencies hand clients a follower count and call it a result. DashBond was built to close that gap. Every campaign, whether it's a single creator post or a full UGC production slate, gets a target, a tracked link or code, and a report that says what it cost to get a result, not just how many people saw it.
That approach didn't come from a workshop exercise. It came from 13 years of running budgets where a vague report simply wasn't good enough to keep the account.

Our founder has spent 13 years in the marketing industry and has personally managed more than $10M in annual ad budgets across his career, running paid media long before DashBond existed. That's why influencer and UGC get treated as a line item here, budgeted and reported like any other channel, rather than as a separate, unaccountable category with its own rules.
